A data centre's infrastructure extends far beyond the IT floor. COM.SAR also cleans building-services equipment, low- and high-voltage devices and transformers internally and externally. The scope follows your requirements and the conditions of each system.
Plan for each system
LV/HV equipment, transformers, cooling and ventilation components and technical installations are identified within the scope. Access, contamination and required cleaning depth shape the approach.
Include internal areas deliberately
Opening equipment, necessary disassembly and reassembly are coordinated within the project. For electrical systems, we clarify a safe equipment state and necessary isolation with the responsible teams. Manufacturer requirements are part of the plan.
Coordinate the interfaces
Facilities teams, electrical specialists and other trades have different responsibilities. We align cleaning with these roles so scope, access and service windows are clearly established.
Electrical testing remains separate
Germany's DGUV Regulation 3 provides a technical reference for electrical systems and equipment testing. Cleaning does not replace this testing. This website does not offer DGUV testing as a COM.SAR service.
Grey space: infrastructure supporting operations
Grey space includes technical areas supporting the data centre, particularly power and cooling infrastructure. Internal and external cleaning of commissioned systems is coordinated with the responsible specialists. The precise allocation of areas and equipment is agreed using your project documentation.
Frequently asked
Do you clean transformers inside and out?
Yes. This is part of our offering. Work is planned according to equipment type, manufacturer requirements and necessary approvals.
