New builds and initial construction
After construction and installation works, we clean the agreed areas and technical spaces in preparation for the next project phase. Whether an empty data hall, installed building services or an equipped IT area, scope and cleaning depth follow the actual state of completion.
Fit-outs, expansions and subsequent works
After initial completion, we also support further fit-out stages, new data halls, technical upgrades and refurbishment. Cleaning can be coordinated with individual work sections and handover dates, accounting for adjacent operational areas and ongoing activities.
Plan white space and grey space together
White space includes IT areas, racks, hardware, raised floors and cable routes. Grey space concerns supporting infrastructure, particularly power supply, transformers, LV/HV equipment and cooling and ventilation systems. Internal and external cleaning follows the agreed requirements, accessibility and approvals.
Coordinate with construction and project teams
We agree area schedules, trades, access rules, necessary isolation and service windows with your project managers. Preparatory work, ongoing dust-producing activities and potential recontamination are considered when scheduling.
Document cleaning and handover
Treated zones and services are recorded to the agreed scope. Our in-house particle measurement can be commissioned alongside cleaning. If ISO Class 8 is a project target, measurement objectives, conditions and verification scope need a separate agreement.
Distinguish cleaning from testing and commissioning
Post-construction cleaning prepares the agreed condition for your next project stage. It is not technical acceptance and does not replace electrical or functional testing or approval to commission. These tasks remain with the responsible qualified parties.
